SugarOak purchases, renovates, and manages residential apartment complexes. The most recent addition is Foxcroft Apartments in Statesville, NC. This complex is located in a quiet residential neighborhood just minutes from I-77 and I-40.
SugarOak has renovated the apartments inside and out, installed free Wi-Fi, improved the walking trails, pool, clubhouse, and other amenities. SugarOak now has an onsite leasing staff and manages the complex. This is a good example of the SugarOak business model. |
